Felix Maritime Co-Sponsors Egypt International Maritime Summit

Felix Maritime has confirmed its co-sponsorship of the inaugural Egypt International Maritime Summit, scheduled for 12–14 October 2026 at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Conference Centre in Alexandria. The summit is expected to attract 500 delegates from across the maritime sector, including shipping companies, port authorities, naval architects, and maritime law practitioners.

The Programme

The three-day programme covers: the future of the Suez Canal as a global trade artery, Egypt's port expansion programme for 2027–2032, the growth of the Red Sea as a superyacht cruising destination, maritime decarbonisation policy in the MENA region, and emerging technologies in vessel operations management.

Felix Maritime's Role

Felix Maritime's managing director will chair a panel session on Day 2 titled "Red Sea Yacht Tourism: Infrastructure, Policy, and Opportunity." The session will bring together marina developers, flag state representatives, and yacht industry professionals for a 90-minute discussion.
