Meet the Team: Felix Maritime's Yacht Division
Felix Maritime's yacht division employs 14 full-time specialists across our three main offices in Port Said, Ismailia, and Hurghada. Each member of the team holds maritime industry qualifications and speaks a minimum of two languages.
Transit Coordination
Our transit coordinators are former Suez Canal Authority staff who understand the system from the inside. They manage the pre-arrival notices, convoy booking, and real-time communication with Canal Authority officials throughout every transit.
Port Agency Operations
Our port agents are generalists: they handle customs clearance, health declarations, port dues, berth allocation, provisioning orders, and crew welfare arrangements simultaneously. On a busy day, a single port agent may be managing five active vessels in different stages of their visit.
